ADAQ is made up of Quebec dietitians and nutritionists whose aim is to promote their expertise in the fields of food, dietetics and nutrition.

ADAQ also wishes to promote its leadership among the public and its other contributors.

To carry out its mission, ADAQ relies on various partners that share similar interrest.

 

Foods : food science

Dietetics : the study of nutritive values of foods and the application of dietary regimens.

Nutrition: considers the processes of ingestion, absorption and metabolism of foods to ensure growth, tissue repair and energy needs of the body.
